Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the time frame specified in your booking confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Process

If eligible, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings made under special discounts or promotional offers are generally non-refundable. Please check the terms of your selected offer during booking.

4. Modification or Date Change

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Any changes are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

5. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we may offer a full or partial refund or rescheduling, based on our discretion.
