Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

• If cancelled before 48 hours of check-in: 100% refund will be provided.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of check-in: No refund will be applicable.

All cancellations must be made through official communication channels (website, phone, or registered email).

General Hotel Policy

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
• No smoking is allowed in the rooms. Designated areas are available for smoking.
• Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
• Any damage to hotel property during the stay will be charged accordingly.
